Where is patient data stored?
All data is processed and stored in Canadian data centres (Canada Central region). Data residency in Canada is a core design decision, not an afterthought.
Do patients need an account?
Patients create a free account with a verified email to book appointments and manage visits for themselves and their dependents: children, parents, or anyone in their care.
How long does it take a clinic to get started?
Days, not months. A clinic is onboarded with its hours, physicians and availability, and the front desk can start taking bookings the same week. No hardware, nothing to install.
Does QLINQ replace our EMR?
