Why QLINQ Health exists
QLINQ started with a simple observation: the hardest part of seeing a doctor in Canada is often everything before you see the doctor.
The problem we chose
Every day, patients call clinics that are busy helping the patients in front of them. They drive to walk-ins without knowing the wait. They show up an hour early "just in case", or an hour late because nobody could tell them anything. Meanwhile, clinic teams answer the same question, "how long is the wait?", dozens of times between check-ins, walk-ins and a paper-adjacent schedule.
None of this is anyone's fault. It's a coordination gap, and coordination is precisely what software is for. So we built QLINQ: a live connection between the patient's pocket and the clinic's front desk.
Mission
Remove the waiting from waiting rooms. Give every patient certainty about when and where they'll be seen, and give every clinic a calm, accurate picture of their day.
Vision
A Canadian healthcare experience where booking a clinic visit feels as modern as everything else in your life, and where the software behind it is held to the same standard as the care itself: private, reliable and made for this country's rules and realities.
