QLINQ HEALTH provides technology solutions that enable participating healthcare organizations to:

  • Improve front desk workflow and patient communication
  • Allow patients to book appointments and view estimated wait times
  • Enhance the overall patient experience

QLINQ HEALTH is a technology provider only and does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All healthcare services are provided solely by licensed healthcare professionals and participating clinics.

Patient Information

Patients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting their login credentials, and providing accurate information when booking appointments. Estimated wait times displayed within the application are provided by participating clinics and should be considered estimates only. Actual wait times may vary due to emergency cases, staffing changes, clinical priorities, or other operational factors.

Clinic Responsibilities

Participating clinics are responsible for maintaining accurate appointment schedules, patient records, obtaining any required patient consents, and complying with all applicable healthcare privacy and regulatory requirements. Clinics remain responsible for the medical services they provide and for the accuracy of information entered into the QLINQ HEALTH platform.

Privacy & Security

QLINQ HEALTH is committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of information processed through our platform. We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted communications, secure cloud infrastructure, role-based access controls, and continuous security monitoring. Our services are designed to support compliance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), where applicable.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, availability may occasionally be affected by scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, internet outages, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

QLINQ HEALTH provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, appointment availability, or the accuracy of estimated wait times. QLINQ HEALTH is not responsible for medical decisions, medical outcomes, or delays in care, which remain the responsibility of participating healthcare providers.
